Our first job is to "select" our prospects through systematic verification. We have selected a group of coaches, scouts, physical trainers, and therapists to do fair reviews. The RADA Program's core value is the care system, and the essence of the system is built with trusted partnerships.

Our partner clinic's reputation proceeds with their international clients, including Premier League player Hee-Chan Hwang and Bundesliga player Jae-Sung Lee. Along with K-League clubs' first team and academy, we have partnered with English Premier League clubs, Belgian First Division A clubs, German Bundesliga clubs, and Spanish La Liga clubs and academies to make our program reputable and maintain quality.

Statistical analysis platforms (SAP) are used for performance management and data analysis. We have also formed an MOU agreement with a travel agency through a listed company (YBT) to provide travel support for our players.
