Structure of the RADA Program

Training is an essential part of the program, and we have partnered with European football clubs and academies from Belgium, England, Italy, and Spain. Our front partner, the DV7 Academy of Spain, allows us to participate in various training plus practice matches against the Spanish La Liga club's youth teams.

The care system is another critical aspect of our program. At a young age, most players are looked after by their parents throughout their daily routine. However, they require multi-dimensional care despite their parents' countless efforts. Our program starts with teaching players how to recover from training, followed by nutrition plans, statistical approaches to prevent injury, and a learning curve to enhance performance as time progresses.

Lastly, the most concerning aspect for many Rookie players is the fund. We aim to minimize players' expenditures and maximize the support by funds and NFT drops. We could add support from clubs and academies and players' local sports governing bodies.
